The first Village Square Program is Friday at 1pm!

The Lopez Island Library is producing a series of virtual public programs, called 'The Village Square,' intended to keep the people of Lopez informed about the local responses, relief efforts, and recovery movements taking place in reaction to the COVID-19 pandemic.
The first program is on Friday April 17th at 1pm. The format will be a live-streamed Zoom webinar, which the public can join on their smartphones, tablets, and computers by following this link:

The first program will focus on the relief efforts from key public figures, representing:
The San Juan County Council The Lopez Island Family Resource Center Lopez COVID Health Support Group The Lopez Island Recovery Network.
Each presenter will explain what is being done to help the island community get through the pandemic and work towards recovery, what services are available, and how to access or support those services.
There will be an opportunity for the public to ask questions of the panelists during the program, but you can also submit your questions in advance.
Questions must be submitted by Thursday, April 16th.
